Shipping Policy

We do same-day delivery in Delhi-NCR of all the products listed on the website.

Shipping Methods:-

1. Clients have the liberty to self-pick up from the nearest store (or use a third-party vendor) from our location. All and any grievances regarding this method of delivery will be subject to the third party and the client. In such cases, Dough & Cream would not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product when received by the client applying this method.
2. Alternatively, Dough & Cream will get the orders delivered, delivery charges apply as per the actuals on the website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Dough & Cream will ensure timely and controlled delivery to the client using this method of delivery.

 

The order will be delivered within 4 hours from the time of order. All the orders will be delivered between 10 am to 7 pm.

Shipping Rates and Cost

Delivery charges will be applied on all orders based on the distance & will be subject to the delivery partner available for the delivery. The rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping Restrictions

Only Delivering to Delhi, Noida, Faridabad and Gurgaon.
