- Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.
- All the pre-orders can be cancelled 24 hours before pick-up/delivery and the refund will be initiated. Please note that refund takes 3-7 days.
- In case of any complaints or queries, We'll carefully assess the situation and arrange an appropriate refund accordingly. The method/mode of refund will also be decided by our management. By accepting the refund, you agree to waive any further complaints.
Please ensure that you contact us within our specified communication hours, which are Monday to Saturday. We'll be available to assist you during that time. (10 am to 7 pm only).
