CANCELLATION POLICY

  • An easy cancellation process is available for all our customers. Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of Online Payment. Pre orders can only be cancelled 24 hours (For custom cakes, 48 hours) with full refund. 
  • Same day cancellation for any order will be non refundable, since all orders are customised as per the customer’s requirement and are perishable in nature. 
  • Cancellation of Order shall be mailed by the customer at info@doughandcream.com with the Subject : “ Cancellation Request” and specifying in the mail Order ID

ii Reasons for Cancellation

  • Please note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests. 
  • Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team at info@doughandcream.com within 24 hrs. of receiving the product.
  • It is mandatory to send the photos of invoice & product to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products.
  • Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).
  • Your refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
  • Any cancellation/change/refund is entirely up to Dough & Cream’s discretion.
